A few years ago, we got a phone call from someone who lives hundreds of miles away from Fort Macleod.  Her son had caused a motor vehicle accident.  Fortunately, no one was hurt.  However, she learned the hard way that while her broker was happy to collect her monthly premium, he made himself pretty scarce when she needed his support.  When she finally reached him, she found out he'd neglected to add her son to her policy, even though she'd requested it.  She heard from a friend of hers -one of our happy customers - that FMA was a small company that was quick, trustworthy and helpful when it mattered the most. We're happy to say she's now a customer, too.

At some point in our lives, all of us will probably have some sort of accident.  Hopefully they're of the minor "fender bender" variety.  Sometimes accidents are much more tragic.  Should either befall you, take comfort in knowing we're here to help.
