CORPORATE REGISTRIES

If you own a business, run a service group or non-profit organization, Alberta's corporate registry services will ensure that you are a legal entity licensed to provide your services in our province.


Prior to 1993, corporate registry services were taken care of by the Alberta government.  Privatization made it possible for local agents, like FMA, to offer those services in their own communities. Only companies that are authorized by Alberta registries can offer these services.
